Salesmen were not high pressure; took quite a bit of time to explain everything to me even while knowing I was not ready to buy a car this day. All aspects of vehicle fully explained, along with financing options. Offered to let me have the car overnight if I so desired; looking forward to going back and dealing with them when I am ready to buy.
encouraging experience. willing to negotiate vehicle price. this is my sixth bmw purchase. i have never bought any of my bmws from my local bmw dealer. i drove from lancaster, pa. to richmond, va. to buy my 2010 bmwx5 awd 35d and i'm happy i did. would recommend bmw of richmond anytime.

We have purchased many cars over the years, including several luxury cars, but this was by far the best buying experience. Steve is very knowledgeable and patient. We visited and spent several hours one day looking at cars, but didn't purchase anything. I have bought more cars in my life than I care to remember. I just purchased my 4th Mini from Crown. Nothing more to say. Sales, Servcice and everyone associated with Crown Mini is just awesome. If you are in the market for a vehicle (any vehicle) your lst stop shoud be at Crown. There will be no more looking.
I found an online listing for a BMW 323Ci at Richmond BMW that I was very interested in and went over to the dealership to take a look at it.
