My experience at Richmond BMW was wonderful. My salesperson was Steve Lerner, and he was WONDERFUL. He made sure my questions were answered, he was unfailingly patient with me, and was no pressure. After the sale, he has followed up with me to ensure everything is satisfactory. I am not someone who is easy to please, but i can honestly say that Steve provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for the ultimate driving experience!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Richmond BMW, Steve Lerner and the entire Richmond BMW staff. Last week I was on the hunt to find a replacement for the 1999 Corvette I had recently sold. Steve Lerner went out of his way to provide the best customer service. We especially apprecciated the personal touches that he provided. He bought each of my daughters and me a CD for the new car. He was very thorough when reviewing all of the features of the car.
I first met Steve Lerner last November when I stopped into Richmond BMW to look at options for an entry level BMW. I knew within the first ten minutes of meeting him that he is a trustworthy, honest person who genuinely wants to help people make the right decision, rather than pressure them into a purchase that's not a perfect fit.
