I went to Richmond BMW to buy a 2009 328i and left with a 2011 328i without completely trashing my budget. I am very satisfied with my service. Steve Lerner was patient throughout the process. This is the second car I have purchased from Richmond BMW this year; first a 2007 328xi and now a 2004 M3. In both cases the cars are in beautiful condition with very low mileage. I give the credit to finding these cars to my salesman, Steve Lerner. Steven was AMAZING! We met him by accident on one of our "many" trips to the car lot to look and take pictures of what might perhaps be our new vehicle. Steve had a CPO 2007 X5 transferred from Greensboro, NC for us to look at. In less than 24 hours, the car was on the Richmond lot & we had an appointment the following morning to meet with Steve & see the X5. Steven is an excellent representation of your company. He is complete, detailed and will do WHATEVER it takes to help customer. For example, he stepped up unexpectedly to introduce my new BMW 550i to me. He understood the car well and was able to explain it features very good detail.
