I worked with Steve Lerner on the purchase of my 528i. He was excellent to work with and very customer attentive. I thought I would have to order the car I wanted but Steve was able to locate the exact car I was going to order. He is definitely an asset to your dealership.

A really pleasant experience! Extremely helpful, honest, friendly. Phillip went above and beyond to make it easy and stress-free. I was a little intimidated by the car buying process and this ended up being a really great day. I can't say enough how helpful the staff was and informative. I bought my first BMW a year ago from Richmond BMW. Service is worthy of the BMW name. I have had a couple of extremely helpful experiences with a service rep named Josh Garrett and would highly recommend BMW due in large part to the service Josh offers.

My name is Jorge Maese and found the dream car here at this dealership. Adel was great with meeting my needs. Dmitriy was also exceptional to work with on getting this car and always returned my calls although he was extremely busy. i bought the car and paid for it on 9/18 at 12 pm and was notified that the car ships on 9/22/204. First and foremost, I come from a large family who I would estimate 80% drive BMW's. I've always been a full-size pick and SUV person myself. That's all I'd driven for the past 15YRS I've been living in the US.
