I'm new to the whole luxury car market. I also don't normally write reviews. I was shocked by the level of customer service I received. The closest experience I can relate is a 5-star restaurant. The one stand-out is sending a driver up to NoVA (120 miles!) to bring me to the dealership to complete the paperwork. Steve Lerner and Charles Armstrong are top notch.

I found the car I was looking for online and traveled from New York to Richmond to get it. I worked with Yousaf the entire time and he was great. The car was exactly as advertised and he went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definetly recommend Richmond BMW and I would certainly travel the long distance again in the future.

Steve Lerner met me at the door on my first visit to Richmond BMW and he could not have been better to work with ! I felt that he was on my side by listening to my needs. Then he found just the "right"car for me ! I appreciated his straight-forward manner in sales which he followed up with expertise in teaching me (70 yr. old buying first car!) about the car's technology. We were in the market for a new BMW. We located online the vehicle we were interested in and placed a phone call to the dealership while driving from NC to northern VA. Steve L. answered the call and was very attentive to our detailed list of options that we wanted on the car. Needless to say, we never made it to northern VA. I began my purchasing experience via the internet. From the initial communication until I drove off the lot, it was easily the most comfortable purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. Each staff member was personable, knowledgeable and made this process stress free. If I were starting a sales business, I would want these men on my team. Yousaf was a class act1 very knowledgable, polite { even when I asked him why he needed my name and address to look at a car!!} not pushy- knows his product - hope everyone enjoys him like my husband and I did!!

Yousaf was outstanding. I am at the beginning of my BMW search, and he was very helpful in showing me the different models that would suit my taste. Not to mention we had a great ride on the highway, top down! He's very knowledgeable and made my experience comfortable.
