Our experience with Richmond BMW/MINI was excellent. My wife and I drove up from Charlotte, NC to see a used 2011 Audi that was recently traded. Anton Kulay provided us with a sense of assurance about the condition of the car that we felt it was worth the trip even before we saw the car in person. The service center is awesome. For someone that owns their own business, they make life extremely easy. I have a great time coming in and out in a quick sec. The center is well organized and Tim ALWAYS has my paperwork ready and the pricing is always accurate. I bought another car strictly because of the way the service center runs. Richmond BMW has the best service center in the area. They always make sure the job is done properly and on time. Loaners are readily available. Tim Peterson and Mike Jewel are always very helpful. Tim is very prompt on replying back to any of my concerns. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks for making owning a BMW a great experience.

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Richmond BMW. I had called to inquire about the car and Steve Lerner answered the phone. I was interested in driving a BMW wagon. I called the local dealership, Steve answered the phone. I told him what I was interested in driving. They did not have any on their lot, so he had one brought over from another dealership. Very helpful to me bc the other dealership is not close to my home. I met Steve the very next day. I have been coming to Richmond BMW for service for at least 8 years and all in all I cannot complain. Things have not always been perfect but Tim Peterson (my service advisor) has always done what he can to make things right. He follows up when he says he will and frankly I feel he cares about my car as much as I do.
