The entire staff at Richmond bmw made my buying experience a first class experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I purchase my car in Arizona and had it transferred to Virginia 3 years ago. Richmond BMW completed the inspection and all the scheduled maintenance. I have had several visits over the 3 years and each time I schedule an appointment with Tim Peterson. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He always make sure the service time fits my schedule and ensures all the necessary services are performed as scheduled and completed timely. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional. I was introduced to Steve Lerner on my first visit who then spent almost 2 hours with me reviewing the BMW and taking me for a test drive. This was my first experience with BMW and I was most impressed. I felt comfortable with Steve and he made sure I was kept informed after I ordered the vehicle. Aaron (the new car sales manager) and Steven Lerner are very professional and ethical sales managers. My wife and I are looking for a convertible sports car and felt that after visiting BMW of Richmond we got very good and thorough information from Steve. I have had my cars serviced at Richmond BMW for a few years and have always found Dennis Morgan to be kind and helpful. Dennis has done his very best to accommodate my schedule, to explain programs offered by the dealership and to work with me to understand issues. It's Dennis' overall attitude towards me and his job that keep me coming to Richmond BMW rather than investigating some other options in Richmond. No other car dealership in Richmond can compare to the service and friendliness provided by the Richmond BMW service advisory team, especially Josh Garrett. I have had many visits over the past few years that were all very pleasant and sent me home satisfied. Josh, my service advisor, has always went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and happy; this experience alone will keep me a BMW driver for life. I had a unexplained noise coming from the front of my X5 when turning left or right. My automobile was using and unexplained amount of oil to me. However, Tim Peterson was very familiar with the service history of my cars and researched the problem while working closely with the mechanic.
