Three years ago, I visited Richmond BMW on the eve of a planned trip to Germany, where I had rented a 3-series BMW. I needed a primer on the car's controls, etc., to safely drive upon my arrival there. I went in to Richmond BMW on May 1, 2014 to test drive a 2015 X3 Xdrive. I had worked with Steve Lerner before when my husband was thinking about purchasing a BMW. I contacted Steve to set up a test drive. He was available to the phone when I called and told me to come by the same day. I drove the car I requested and ended up ordering one custom made for me. I recently purchased a Mini for my wife at Richmond BMW. She and I spent an afternoon with Steve Lerner looking at and test driving different Mini's until she was confident this was her vehicle. Steve was patient, took his time with us and in the end she was overjoyed with her choice of vehicle. I had been looking for a certain model and year of a BMW for quite some time. I finally located the vehicle on the internet through Auto Trader. I made the deal with Steve Lerner, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I had to drive from Columbus Ohio, nearly 500 miles away to pick up the car. I received a loaner vehicle from Richmond BMW as part of a charity auction vacation package. Steve Lerner was very attentive to make sure I got a great car (BMW 325i convertible) and that everything was ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, I picked up a nail in one of the tires between the dealership and my drive home that day, but the run-flat tire allowed me to continue driving and I took it back to Steve the next morning with the bad news.
