I would like to let anyone know who is looking to by a car over the internet use this Team. I found my Mini on-line called got accurate information and pricing right up from. All paper work to bring my little rocket car to Orlando, Florida was completed by use of FEDEX and the car arrived with in a short couple of days after the paperwork was done. Who finds a car over the internet, signs paperwork, writes a check, shakes hands, and closes a deal before getting behind the wheel? Sounds strange, but that's exactly what I did. I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 535i - CPO. I had been working with Steve Lerner for a few months trying to find a very specific car. (535 M sport, Bk interior...) Steve was very patient and professional trying to find a good match. He called me as soon as the perfect car became available. The process was very smooth and painless. Yousaf was great; he was very professional, and knowledgeable. The young man (who's name escapes me) Yousaf was training was also very professional and serious about learning his new craft. Dee and I emailed back and forth before I drove to Richmond to test drive and ultimately buy my new 2014 Mini Countryman. There is a dealership much closer to my house, but Richmond Mini's customer service and friendliness is why I drove the almost 2 hours to buy from them.
