Anja was very friendly when we arrived without prior appointment I should add and made sure my wife and I saw all the Mini's we were interested in, provided all the information on each one and answered all our questons. All I should add in an extremely friendly and enjoyable way. Anja and Young worked with me well on a trade that I had planned to sell myself. They met my desired price and helped me find exactly the Mini I wanted to replace my car. It was a pleasure buying a new car from this dealership and we highly recommend working with Charles. He kept us constantly updated on the progress of our order and then spent a ton of time with us showing us all of the bells and whistles (and there are a lot of them) on the car. His "after-the-buy" customer services is amazing as well. All and all it was a great buy experience and makes us happy they we decided to stay local to buy our new car.

This is my first time owning a Mini or working with this dealership. Drew Tatum was our primary sales person but I was impressed with the team atmosphere. I worked with DeAngelo Wilson and had a great experience. He is knowledgable, with a great personality. We love Steve Lerner! He went out of his way to help with every detail. He took a great deal of time showing us all of the car's features, not once but twice! We bought a car that was in the loaner pool and he followed up several times to make sure everything was done correctly. We felt that he was not just working for the dealership but also working for our best interests. He has so much energy and he makes sure you get excellent customer service.
