A lot of employees recognized us from a prior sale and took the time to visit with us and see if there was anything they could do. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were treated like family- we have always had a good experience with them. They made it work for us in order to get my new baby, even getting extra goodies for me such as a second key, floor mats, etc.

I came in this morning with questions about the Diesel Exhaust Fluid for my 335D. Scott was very helpful and offered to put the fluid while I waited. In less than an hour, with no appointment, I was on my way. Scott did a great job taking care of me and my 335d

I went to the dealer to have my battery registered. As soon as I pulled in there was a service member waiting at my car to help me. Once I got all checked in I was only there maybe 30 minutes. It was very fast. Scott was helpful and I even got a complimentary car wash!

Great service and help from the very beginning of my buying process. Anton always kept me informed as to the update on my future vehicle status and Dan was there to walk me through the financial part making sure that I got the expected rate that I was looking for.. Jack Morgan and staff were extremely courteous and patient as we plodded through our needs. Several cars were shown to us and test-driven. Jack provided clear, concise, and useful information in comparing models and specs. The way this dealership does business is customer oriented, not commission based, so there was no pressure from staff to get to the final sale. I just purchased my 3rd BMW from Richmond BMW. I had outstanding help from Jack Morgan to select the right car for me. I actually went to an X3 versus a sedan for the first time in 20 yr! He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I did not feel pushed or pressured. Josh did the financial side of the deal and was very thorough and professional ensuring that I understood all the options/terms. Great job by two top notch professionals!

Our experience with BMW, especially Steve Lerner made us to write this post. Our journey started with Audi followed by BMW. As we are so conservative when it comes to buy something like car, we almost checked all dealers at Audi and BMW level such as Mercedes and Lexus. After meeting other sales persons and their vehicles, we found one care in each dealership that met our need but the only thing brought us back to BMW was just Steve Lerner. I had an awesome experience! Long story short I took my bmw to the dealership for repair, i worked directly with Kyle Bishop who is an awesome service advisor, this guy is extremely helpful and sincere, just fyi Kyle goes beyond his job duties as an advisor made me feel real comfortable with the service of this dealership.
