I found a great deal on a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe on Cars.com, being sold by Richmond BMW on Broad Street. Even though it wasn't a BMW, the sales staff was kind and treated me with respect and offered me coffee (Starbucks) and water while I was going through the purchase process. This place is great I been lookin for a dodge ram for quite some time and these guys made it happen at a great price and havent had a single problem so far after 400-500 miles of driving it I highly recommend very nice and willing to work with you I traveled about three hours and I would do it again if I decide to buy another vehicle in the future thanks to all that had a part in my sale sincerely, aj kendrick

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Anja was amazing to work with! She was up front about everything no surprises and sincerely interested in what I wanted in a car long term. Charles, Paul, Adam, and Mike all "went beyond the call of duty". In this age when retail service is very impersonal, they really stood. They seemed like they sincerely cared about our business.

I went to the dealership to inquire about about a 750li I had seen online. My client advisor was Charles Armstrong; he was very knowledgeable, and courteous to my sister who was there for the journey. I left with the car and a great experience. My wife met Anja on a Sunday and test drove a Mini Convertible. She fell in love with both the car and Anja. I met Anja on Wednesday and signed all the papers and I too fell in love with both. The car is hot and.......... Anja is very personable and professional. Answered all questions and made us feel at home and happy to buy a new car. I highly recommend Anja and Crown Mini if you are even thinking of buying a car.
