I'm writing to let other potential buyers know that Richmond BMW is a quality dealership and has good people working for it. I was in the market for a used car and had no experience with either BMW or this dealership. From the start, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating to my needs. The place is friendly, clean, and well run. I'd recommend it to other used and new car buyers.

Steve Lerner is exactly the kind of sales representative I want to work with when purchasing a vehicle. Steve Lerner is by the the most knowledgable, friendly, and thorough sales person I have ever worked with. He makes every aspect of the buying experience easier, and provides valuable insights and "nuggets" of information. Also, we had our 2 younger kids with us and Steve made sure they were happy and content the whole time. It's really all the small things that Steve does that makes the purchase such a pleasant and stress-free experience. Recommend him to everyone.

Was at the dealership with my brother who purchased a car, he's visually impaired. Steve was very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and spoke to us. Paul was right there to help when Steve had to run off to do something else and I can't say enough about the service to those two. Josh was very helpful with my brother having all of that paper work to sign. I will surely recommend Richmond BMW to my friends and family.

Worked with Charles Armstrong very knowledgable and easy to work with ..wish I had more time to go over vehicle but had a very long wait from the time I agreed to buy the vehicle until I was able to sit with the finance department. I got there at 10am and did not leave until 4pm. But overall the people were very nice so i would buy another vehicle from this dealer.
