I SPENT ABOUT A YEAR "BROWSING" THE MINI LOT AND FINALLY DECIDED TO PURCHASE A MINI. I MET ANJA IN THE AFTERNOON AT THE DEALERSHIP AND SHE SUGGESTED THAT I COME FOR A TEST DRIVE THE FOLLOWING MORNING - WHICH I DID. Drew was very knowledgable about Mini's and there was no sales pressure. He helped me find the car with all of the options I wanted. I recommend Drew and this dealership!
Charles was great with helping me pick out my new car. He took time to go through the system thoroughly to ensure I chose the car that best suited my needs. Anja was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her genuine concern for the satisfaction of her client was evident throughout the entire experience. She took the time during what was obviously a very busy time for her to focus her attention entirely on our deal as we worked through the details, which eventually led to the purchase of a new vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles, but I can honestly say that this experience was one of best I have had. There is no doubt in my mind that I would not feel that way if not for Anja.
Very good customer service, Friendly Team.. The best dealer experience i ever had..!! i recommend BMW cars for everybody who can afford it, and whoever live in richmond or surrounded area, must go to this BMW branch specifically and they won't regret it..!!
