Steve and the entire team worked hard to find us the right car. Steve's "assistant" Paul told of a loaner convertible , which turned out to be the right car. Steve had my rented car returned , the new car serviced and the temporary plates attached . After a quick overview , we scheduled a long session on the car's wonders. I , then, drove home with the top down. What is not to like about this experience?
I recently bought a BMW X1 from Richmond BMW. My sales associate was Steve Lerner. I can't say enough nice comments about him! He was very attentive and he understood what I wanted in a car and did not waste anytime in finding the right car for me. We visited Richmond BMW yesterday afternoon to look at the BMW X5. Steve Lerner gave us outstanding, no-pressure, courteous, detailed service. I found the used mini clubman on line and called to get some details about the car. Steve answered and mad an appointment to let me test drive it. I had to work until nearly 6 pm but he stayed until was available. The test drive was a positive thing. I was impressed with the handling and the features of the car. I have purchased 20+ cars through the years. From traditional dealers and the newer "no-haggle" dealers. This particular purchase was my favorite experience. The main reason was Anja Heyne. Anja was friendly and informative from the moment I met her. She gave me a thorough history of the Mini and explained its features in depth. She never pressured me with regard to the car purchase. I have called her since my car purchase to ask questions and she has always had time for me and has answered my questions. I feel that I have a real person that I can still go to if I need to. I know she wants each Mini owner to love the car and feel that excitement of driving it.
