I consider myself a ‘car guy’ and before deciding on the Mini brand, I visited countless of dealers to understand in detail all the various options and features of each brand. One of the most awesome sales associates I've ever encountered in my 45 years of automobile shopping. I would recommend Charles to anyone looking to purchase a brand-new car,especially a BMW. His customer service was outstanding! He was very helpful,understanding,and patient,with all of our wants and desires that we were looking for in our new 5 series. Thumbs-up!!! Heather was terrific in working with me and my daughter in choosing 2 used BMWs. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Dan was really good in explaining all the details and helping us with our finance options. The only negative would be I think the detailing/prep could have been a little better. The few things I found wrong probably should have been pointed out before I left the dealership. Overall, it was a very positive experience with everyone I met at the dealership.

Please share with everyone. I contacted Heather yesterday and she told me to bring the car back and the couple of issues would be remedied immediately. This really didn't warrant that type of response since it was a used "as is" vehicle. The service center this morning was professional, helpful and extremely friendly. I will upgrading my car 2-3 years and it will definitely be with this dealership. This is service I have experienced in 20 years. Thanks!!
Steve was an excellent salesperson, very patient, very responsive. Listened to our needs and helped as much as possible. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a car.

Drew respected that there were many items that were important to me and did not not try to sell me something I might not be happy with. He was patient with my many requirements, striving to satisfy each one. Bottom line is that I bought the car with the feeling that in addition to the car, I would have continued customer service support from Drew.
DeAngelo was awesome. My experience at Crown Mini of Richmond was by far the best experience in purchasing a car. Though my mini was a gift, my husband had little to no problem setting up my big surprise( big bow on the car and all). DeAngelo even met with us during his off time to teach me all my mini had to offer. Thanks DeAngelo!
Liz was wonderful to work with on this deal. She had done a great deal of 'homework' putting together the best car/pricing options for my current needs. She is a true professional and I would certainly purchase a car from her in the future!

Jack Morgan did a phenomenal job working with me! I have been a BMW owner for 12 years and stopped in the showroom to 'just look'. A couple hours later I purchased a 2014 535xi. Steve was great. All of my questions were answered very thoroughly. My husband and I felt comfortable with him. I was not as nervous as i normally am when making big purchases. I left with no worries and felt very confident in my purchase. I would definitely recommend him and "the crew" to my friends or anyone who asks where i got my car!
