Mr. Brown was an OUTSTANDING SALEMAN!!!!! His keen ability to communicate effectively and satisfy my every need was beyond reproach. From the very first minute I met him, he was very energetic, enthusiastic and candid as if he was the person purchasing the vehicle. Charles Armstrong and Dmitriy Shspovalov made buying a vehicke a fun experience . They took the time to do a full needs analysis from myself and most important my wife ( who is the real deciaon maker) . They treated us very fair on a trade and allowed us the time to review what they presentd and come to a decision with out pressure . We felt they gave ous their best price / total cost deal the firat time thus created a real feeling of trust (this was very important to my wife) . This has been the best buying car experience I have ever had. I have never felt more comfortable anywhere else. I bought a 2010 Nissan Cube but the staff made me feel like I was buying a brand new BMW. I went in there after work with my work uniform on and thought I was going to feel like I did not belong there. Not the case at all. I had a great experience at Richmond BMW. This was my first BMW purchase and I liked how knowledgeable Anton was about the different vehicles. He took the time to help me find the right vehicle for me. I wasn't pushed into my decision and Anton could not have been nicer. I will definitely be going back to Richmond BMW to buy my next BMW.

I found the Lemans Blue Convertible Corvette I wanted on their website. Got in touch with Paula. Drove down from Hagerstown, Md. Test drove the vehicle and drove her home the same day. Was a pleasure working with Paula and the team at Richmond BMW. Thanks for getting me in my "Vette".

Dan Weinberger is going places with this company! He consistently goes the extra mile in providing great service. Dan also inspires me to be a better person. The level 1 tech who worked on my vehicle, Jeremy Galas, kept at it until he found my problem. I had a slight rattle that was only heard every now and them. After driving my vehicle with the shop foreman a few times Jeremy found the problem and took care of it.

I initially was displeased with the service work done on my BMW since the car was returned to me with a malfunction that had previously not been an issue. I explained my concerns and dissatisfaction to Alan, the service manager, and he worked with me to resolve the matter quickly. He turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Certainly there will be quality control issues at all dealerships from time to time, but it is how those issues are handled that demonstrate the quality of the dealership.

Annual service was OK, but there was grease on drivers door handle, steering wheel, and center console. Had quite a bit of clean up to do myself.

I enjoyed my experience at this dealership with Steve Lerner because I felt like he was very truthful and up-front to me about the facts. At other dealerships I visited, I often felt like I was being pushed beyond my comfort zone into making a purchase, but this was not the case here. Every staff member I met was friendly and kind and more importantly, genuinely. I appreciate that.
