Matt is awesome! He has always been the most dependable guy I knew in college, but last week when I came in to BMW he helped me more than he can ever imagine. Matt and I go back like a bowl of applejacks, so I knew he would come through, but I had no idea he was still the man! Steve Lerner......what a great experience. He was engaged, friendly and very very knowledgeable. He put me under his wing as we tried to determine the right car for me. He was funny and able to relate to me right off the bat. Because I was doing this on my own, I felt I had a companion as I went through the whole process. When I went into the dealership he was the only sales person working....on the phone, checking his notes, making calls. I am grateful for his assistance and guidance and recommend him to all.

Steve was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and responded to all of my concerns in a timely and thorough fashion. He actually made the car buying experience “fun” - which is quite a compliment coming from me, as I find naturally buying cars a stressful process. He has an excellent understanding of the cars features and functions and he is a fabulous teacher. I haven’t even needed to pull out the owner’s manual yet! I truly appreciated that the dealership offered a fee free service since we had been in for an alignment a few months ago. It means a lot when you are actually offered a free service these days.

Steve was excellent. I will buy a car from him again. He provide great customer service and the car beat my expectations. I went through the process in detail and made this a pleasant buying experience.

Let me start by saying that Steve Lerner is not your typical car salesman. That's a good thing! At least when we bought our first BMW from him, he wasn't your polished smooth speaker who confuses you with a bunch of blathering then finishes you off as a trophy for his "salesman of the month" wall. I'm not saying he wasn't trying hard to sell the car; he worked his butt off to sell it. But he got us the car WE wanted. We've been very happy with it and recently bought another BMW, so you could say we're hooked.

Steve at Richmond BMW responded to my email as though it was his highest priority. i had enquired about recalls and he was able to assist in a very friendly and professional manner. his rapid work saved me time and avoided confusion. I would recommend his BMW dealership to anyone looking for saleshouse with customer-focused staff.
