I have purchased many vehicles over the years and my experience with Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall ranks in my top 3. I wanted to find a used car with good gas mileage for my commute. I worked with Jeff. He was friendly and knew the car that worked for my budget. He was not pushy or rude, and I appreciated the excellent customer service.

I did not know exactly what kind of car I was looking for and was very indecisive but Mike was very patient and honest. He is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I bought a SUV and decided 3 weeks later that I was unhappy with it because it was too small. Mike made sure I got the best trade-in value and now I am extremely happy with my new SUV. Brian was knowledgeable, polite, concensious about his job. Helpful with payment method we would use. Very informative about the car. Made us feel very comfortable in what turned into being many hours there and coming away with a brand new car. He acted like he truly liked his job and not just the salesman ploy. Would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

My husband and I went into dealership to just test drive four vehicles. We were greeted by Clinton. Very nice man. We then ran into Tom Wessels whom I used to work for. He said Clinton would be great to help us and he was. Clinton did everything, we asked of him, and more . He went over each and every car and showed what options it had and what it could do for us. I went into Lou Bachrodt knowing what I wanted in a car and the price. Dale Kluck helped me buy my new Cruze. I was very nervous to walk into a dealership because I have less than par credit.
