I visited this dealership a week ago and they didn't have anything that I was interested in. JR called me a week later with a Mazda that came in and he thought of me right away. I agreed to come in and look at it, fell in love with the SUV and drove home in a kick a** Mothers day present!!. My intentions for going into Lou Bachrodt's was simply to test drive a Chevy Spark and/or Sonic. Al helped out greatly allowing for both test drives and lending all requested information on both vehicles and information on other similar vehicles on the lot. I did not go to the dealership with the intention of buying a vehicle since I was uncertain as to how the cars drove. I bought my 2010 Chevy Silverado from Fil. I chose that vehicle because he explained to us how the z71 truck would benefit our Wisconsin camping trips and some off road use. We are very pleased with the truck. Good work.
Andy was terrific!!! Very polite & courteous. Answered all my questions. Vehicle had a couple of minor body issues and I was assured they would be fixed before I took possession of the vehicle. Couldn't ask for better Customer Service!!!
