I visited Lou Bachrodt yesterday. Wayne Culp immediately made me feel at ease. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond making me feel welcome and comfortable. Ended up buying a 2014 cruze even though I had appointments at another dealer to view other cars later that day. Would definitely come back to Wayne for our next vehicle purchase!
