Ron was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He never rushed us when asking questions or making our decision. We came after work on a week day & we were there way past closing time. Again he never rushed us through any steps of our purchase. We drove away with a beautiful used car & exactly what we were looking for.
Walked into the dealership after going online to check out their inventory. Was introduced to Ray Freeman that was very courteous and wanted to know what my car needs were and what I was looking for. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and couldn't of been treated any better anywhere else in town! Lou Bachrodt has a great reputation in town for the outstanding selection and customer service which is by far top notch! Thank you Ray for all you did to make my buying a car experience a good one!
Prosper has always put me in a great used car within my budget every time we purchase a used car from him. Over the years I have purchased six or more cars from him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good solid used car. From the start of meeting josh he kept everything honest. He also made sure that I felt valued as a customer and tried to locate the best deal possible for me. He was very helpful and still continues to assist with any questions I have regarding my 2014 vw jetta se. By far the best salesman I have ever dealt with.
Although this was my first experience at this dealership, Richard Dummer provided exceptional experience, and no-pressure service when I bought my new BMW from him. He was patient and answered my questions thoroughly.
My Experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall was fantastic. My sales assistant Prosper Rubino was able to get me in the car I wanted, no problem. I highly recommend going in and seeing him if your looking to purchase a new/used car.
This is our third car we purchased from Ron....he is the reason we don't shop around. We bought two Buick Enclaves and now the Chevy Equinox. He is responsive not pushy and very knowledgeable....in the end he wants you to be happy. We bought this car I sent a note to the dealership...but did not get a reply which kinda surprised me....if Ron was gone which we were concerned about with Buick merging into one location I would have to research where to go for our next car.

We went to Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall to look at purchasing a van. We didn't think we could purchase a vehicle because of our credit. Brandon was awesome he worked with us.
