We did not have a good experience with our first car and I didn't want to go back but then we changed our minds and visited one day where we met Kevin Lee, he was a real big help and took plenty of time with our questions, we didn't buy that day but came back and on that visit we bought our Equinox. Kevin was again very professional, friendly and so helpful, he changed my mind about one bad experience and turned it around so it was pleasant. I would recommend Kevin to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle.
Richard Dummer and the entire Bachrodt Team are outstanding! Their expertise, service, and knowledge are excellent. Our experience with them was the best. No pressure and the very highest customer service. We would not buy a vehicle anywhere else. In all of Northern IL, Southern WI, and Metro Chicago, this IS the best BMW dealership. Me and my husband were looking to buy a new car. We went to a place that wasn't the best. Then my sister told me about Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall. OMG! The people there such as Filiberto Sotomayor, Brandon Campbell, and Christopher Forman were friendly, they gave us options, they worked with us through the whole thing, and best of all we got the best price on the best car at the best place to buy a car. At Lou Bachrodt. We just want to say thank you so much. We are very satisfied!!!
I had a great experience at Lou Bachrodt. My salesman was really awesome. He made sure all my needs were taken care of. I got the truck I wanted, all the bells and whistles and for a great price. I am going to him again in a month to get my brother a truck, too. I suggest anyone going to Brandon for a great deal.
I would recommend Bob to anyone who would ask me who was a good person to talk to at Bachrodt. Bob was a tremendous help and if he didn't know all the answers to the questions I had he would find the right answers quickly and would not just feed you a line of bull. Just wanted to say Thanks to Andy Poffinbarger at Lou Bachrodt for helping me with the purchase of my 2014 Jetta. He left no stone unturned about the information on the 2014 VW Jetta. My search for the perfect vehicle that suits my needs, budget, and benefits that came with the vehicle was nearly impossible to satisfy until I came to Lou Bachrodt on Cherryvale BLVD. We liked the car a lot and are considering it. Bob was very knowledgable about the vehicle and helpful with all of our questions. We thought that the salesman showed professionalism and was not pushy in showing us this car. When we are able to come back to make a purchase we will ask for this salesman to make the sale.
