I have only praise for the warm & courteous service I receive each time at Fields from the time I call to schedule my service appt, to the the loaner car provided to the attention to detail by Chris at the service desk. Because of the stellar service at Fields, my husband & I have been buying our cars here since 2006 & plan to remain customers in the future

Everything was done quickly , correctly and a little less than quote. While waiting I had a delicious breakfast, used their internet and had a nice conversation with the general manager who sold us out car.

I came to Fields to replace my tires. I worked with Christian; he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. His level of customer service was beyond anything I've ever experienced at a dealership for service.

I received excellent, timely service for an urgent issue. The problem was fixed quickly, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The lounge space is modern, bright and immaculate, and I was given a delicious lunch while I waited for my repair to be completed.

I have a 2007 X3. Love the car but it was in need of servicing.... mainly oil leaks which aren't surprising, based on the age of the car. After a thorough diagnostic, my service rep. Chris Goodrich went thru the list of repairs needed, and I was able to decide what was most urgent and a few follow up repairs that I will have done in a month from now.
