Was able to get is same day and receive a loaner. Fields was able to fix my car by next day. Always please with the level of service received

Gotta say, I was bracing for the worst about getting a new car serviced so quickly, however, my experience on this trip was actually pretty great. I made my appointment online, showed up at the directed time, and was walked directly over to a Service Advisor, who had my info pulled up and ready to go. My car is BRAND new, and had developed a glitch in the iDrive system within days of purchase at another dealership (highly annoying!). The service professionals were prepared for my arrival. We discussed the service needed and I worked as I waited. While waiting, the cafe staff ask I needed anything to eat or drink. Since my appointment was at 7:30 am, I missed breakfast. They prepared something healthy for me to eat and I continued with my work. The service professional notified me my car was ready, ahead of schedule, and I was on my way. The car was clean both inside and out. Thank you!

By far, the best service around anywhere. I've never been disappointed when dealing with Fields BMW. The salespeople and service personnel make me feel that I'm the only customer that they have while I'm there. Can't say enough great things about Fields.

I had a great experience buying the car , the financial lady and sale guy were great - i wish the price that was quoted stayed the same however and not be nickel and dime for extra costs before the end. The service department can be pretty unforgiving about charges
