Service: 5 stars Sales team: 2.5 stars Before the renovations started facilities were great with great amenities. Service team has always been great, fair prices and worked to take care of you. I have previously bought 4 BMWs from them (since 2005), but had to move to another dealer for my most recent 2 BMWs as my previous client advisor had left and the ones currently working with the dealer did not care about my previous purchases or that i was looking to buy 2 more. The sales team here treats its customers and their time with respect. We came in knowing what we wanted, and Herbie was honest, direct, and able to close the deal with us very quickly. We were in and out with our new vehicle in about three hours; other dealerships that we've dealt with have taken double that time.

I have a 1997 Z3 that went a little too fast over a speed bump and tore off the plastic engine shield. I thought that like everything else BMW, the cost would be prohibitive. It turned out the cost of the shield was about $175 and the 1/2 hour of labor about $50. (I am sure the time to install was about 5 minutes.) Before I went in, I looked online for a coupon. I live very close to Perillo BMW. I chose to purchase my last two cars from Fields BMW Northfield because of the respect and attention I receive. Not only the service manager but everyone I speak with. The girls behind the desk are always friendly. It's comfortable and the little café is such a treat. My car comes out sparkling. Everything in order plus a few tips given for a long trip I am taking. Just all around the best place for me and my car. No complaints. Great place. I will buy my next car here.
