I was able to get a much better deal from Nick Locosale at McKenna BMW in Norwalk. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Several days later after purchase, I noticed the car needed to be serviced as the message appears during start up and quickly goes away. Took the car in for service and cost over 1500 dollars for repairs. I know used cars are sold “as is” but this was not right. So to any potential used car buyers at this dealership, make sure you carefully check the dashboard on startup before your test drive

"Tried to buy a pre owned car" Looked into a pre owned car. Sales man gets the car and we had previously surveilled car. I am not going to name the sales people but I have nothing against the trainee as he had nothing to do with the beating I took. "Since adding Volvo to the Mini building the customer..." Since adding Volvo to the Mini building the customer service has depleted horribly. I used to live bringing my mini to wash every Saturday and now it is a nightmare. There are too many customers to handle at BMW. Looks nice with a Starbucks but is closed on Saturday. Missing the personal touch. Some valet personnel smell like smokers.
