"damaged a door during service and lied about it" I brought in my BMW 535i for service to this dealership and they damaged a door. "Poor sales experience " We went in to test drive X1 and they are on recall so we decided to bump up to an X3. At first I really appreciated the sales persons honesty and he had great energy.
