"Great Experience! " I recently purchased a car from Eric Lovo. I have to say I did a lot of research on trying to find the right car. Eric made all the difference in my decision. He was excellent in following up and really worked hard to make sure I was happy. He not pushy, which I really appreciate. Hes genuinely honest, and really knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Silver Spring dealership but particularly working with Eric. Hes FANTASTIC! And great part of that team!!!!

"excellent customer service" I have to say bmw of silver spring has the best service department in Maryland. Brandi Rodgers is my service rep she is always on top of things extremely efficient and makes it a painless experience. Don't waste your time dealing with other service departments. I recently had a flat tire with my bmw 5 and Brandi was just a text message away she put me in a loaner and back on the road until my tire was replaced. top notch service!

"Professional and courteous" The experience working with Mr Moyer was by far the easiest and friendliest car buying experiences I've had.
