"BMW OF SILVER SPRING IS THE BEST" I worked with Andy Alexis at BMW of Silver Spring and it was a positive experience start to finish. From my initial contact with him by telephone he was professional as well as personable. He worked with me in a respectful way and made it clear that I should not hesitate to ask questions along the way. My advisor Andy Alexis was patient, courteous and knowledgeable about the cars and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. It was worth driving from Mount Airy. "Smooth Process" We were walked through the process and options that we could take to secure a larger vehicle by turning in our lease early an what could be done with the remaining amount was left on the lease. If was a stressless process. I would advise anyone to go to BMW of Silver Spring if they want pleasurable car buying experience.
