"Excellent dealer" I always lease cars with Silver Spring BMW. So far I have leased three cars with three years. Mr. Len Familant was friendly and patient. We had dozens of emails before I made the decision. The process was transparent.

"Best car buying experience ever!!" I drove from Winchester VA to buy a BMW. Will not go to any other BMW dealer. These folks are straight up, no gimmicks, no pressure - just personable, professional. and knowledgeable people. "Very good experience." I had a quick and easy experience purchasing my vehicle. Mr. Moyer picked me up at 9:00am - by noon I was driving my newly purchased vehicle. Staff were friendly and not pushy and overwhelming. And, I like that they took the time to explain the new features - as advanced from my previous X3.
