"Ron Askew was a courteous and professional salesman." Ron Askew was a professional client adviser and he was thorough. Although the process was long, he was always there to keep us informed on the status. Overall, i was very pleased with my purchase.
"Thanks Ron!" Ron was great to work with! I met with him not really sure about another X5 even though I was happy with it. Since I had made an appointment with him in advance, he had done his research and was prepared with some figures. He was seamlessly able to work out a similar agreement as I had had previously, making it very easy to say "yes!"

"Reliable..." I had specific features I was seeking. Lonnie paid close attention and made a consistent effort to search and update me as those vehicles became available. "Exceptional service! Makes me want to send more customers." I went to BMW silver spring with my sister in law to "just look" with no intention to buy yet. Desirea Jackson was very patience and took the time to show us some cars, we went out on a test drive and came home that evening with a new 2018 BMW X2.
