I switched to BMW 3 years ago, and have been a "died in the wool" loyalist ever since. In addition to the quality of the vehicle, the quality of the sales and service support at BMW of Silver Spring has been a major component of my continued loyalty. I came in with a flat tire on my bmw x5 turns out i had a cracked wheel Brandi Rodgers was my service rep and handled the matter quickly i had my vehicle back on the road the next day. I will not take my vehicle to any other dealership. Great customer service!!
Karen Herbert was friendly, responsive, and gave us the best deal in town! Her associate, John, was also very knowledgeable and very professional, showing us everything we needed to know with our new purchase.
The guy is an amazing ambassador for BMW of Silver Spring. He's the reason I recommend the service department over all others I the area. I've been driving BMWs for 25 years and he's one of best out there. I will say this. I bought my BMW from this dealer, when it was called Tischer. It was a less than satisfactory experience. So I can't say anything about buying from this dealer, but I know the service group is top notch.
In the absence of Andy, Karen Herbert stepped up and assisted me with completing my purchase of my vehicle. She managed to juggle her clients while assisting others.
