Terrific experience in buying a car from BMW Silver springs . Right from the start Kailash took control of the potential purchase, with all the information I needed to make an offer. My experience was very pleasant , my sales person made a differcult time in my life easier to get through. From beginning to the end , she was well informed about the CRV I was purchasing and was able to relate the information so that I was able to understand it.
Christopher Gajewiski was my sales rep. He really easy to make a deal with, HONEST, Fair pricing, Great and tailored customer service, was helping me all the way with my car order, I will go back there to make deals again!

I went to BMW of Silver Spring with a clear idea of what I was looking for. My Client Advisor, Karen Herbert, greeted me upon arrival and quickly had me on the road, test driving four separate vehicles. I settled on a certified pre-owned 328Xi GT, negotiated a fair price, and within an hour, I was its new owner. Even though the dealership was packed with clients, and everyone was very busy, the whole process went smoothly and efficiently. Karen did an excellent job from start to finish.

I have had two super purchases at this BMW dealership. My salesperson Kallash Joshi took very good care of me and along with Mike Fastman, General Manager, this transaction took 2 1/2 hours total! Never the back and forth, bait and switch sales tactics. Best deal and right upfront the entire time!!! The business manager, Troia Collins was spectacular and sooo professional. I like to have a new car, I don't like buying cars. BMW of Silver Spring made our recent purchase a pleasure.
