Working with Kailash first by email and in person was a very enjoyable and professional. He answered all questions and was very responsive. It was very much worth my drive from PA to get the an outstanding deal. I would highly reccomend Silver Spring BMW and Kailash for your next car.

We just purchased a BMW X3 from BMW of Silver Spring yesterday. It was really a simple, honest, and hassle free buying experience. We visited the dealership on Tuesday and talked with Kailash Joshi, a client advisor who was very patient, informative, and helpful. I have been a loyal customer to the Mtile One family for over 13years, relationship began when I leased a fleet of cars from their Allstate Leading family. Jai Jennings was great to work with. He clearly communicated the issue with my car and made sure I understood the steps needed to fix it. The price came in under the amount I authorized and it was ready on time. All in all, it was a great experience.

Kailash Joshi assisted us with the purchase of a new car and the process was quick and painless. He was responsive, accurate, and precise in picking out a car. Kristina Williams is the best Service Advisor I ever had. She is very professional, always make me feel right at home.
