I can not say enough positive about Thomas Grant! Five stars is not enough for him. Simply amazing. I have been going to him for a few years now and just when I think he has done all he can do.... He amazes me and does more. I have never had such wonderful customer service in my life. I'm 45 so I have had years to compare it to. Jai is simply the best person to work with, he's proficient, professional, very knowledgeable about the service required for my car, and attentive. What I really like that about Jai is that explains everything about my car in way that I can understand. I am always pleased with THE service and that I received from him. I came to BMW of Silver Spring looking for a CPO vehicle. With help from Kailash I was able to find a good vehicle at a good price. The dealership was easy to work with and really willing to work with me on the purchase. I have no complaints at all.

Rachel Rhea was an amazing service adviser! This is my first ever experience with owning a BMW so it is all new to me, especially the maintenance package! I have been getting my BMW serviced at BMW of Silver Spring since 2010, and ever since Jai Jennings has been on staff my worries have decreased! He always provides a detailed summary of what is absolutely necessary versus what can wait until another time. I appreciate his candor and exceptional customer service! Jai is the reason I continue taking my car to the Silver Spring location. I know I will be taken care.
