This is the second new BMW that I have purchased from this dealership in the past 3 years. I highly recommend the dealership and especially the salesman...Kailash Joshi. I worked with Kailash both times and each time, he was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted. As with everyone I encountered at BMW of Silver Spring, Kailash was very friendly, professional and very respectful of my time. Will definitely come back again.

Rachel Rhea at BMW of Silver Spring, Maryland overheard me ask someone for the location of a car wash after I picked up a part. She then insisted that I allow them to wash my car. I didn't want to impose, so I told her that I could wash it but she continued to insist that they wash my car. BMW Silver Spring was very easy to work with. I traveled a couple of hours to see my new car and it was well worth it! Karen was very helpful and took good care of me.
