Amazing team - especially the sales representative Angela Decint - helpful, professional and pleasant. It was my first BMW purchase. This was my second new BMW; however, it was my first with BMW of Silver Spring. I was looking for a 2016 manual transmission, which nowadays is hard to find and the closest dealership that had what I was looking for was in Silver Spring, MD. Glad I made the 110 mile drive. Kristina Williams is my service advisor and always provides unparalleled attention to all of my service needs. She represents what superior customer service is meant to be. I would highly recommend this dealership for this reason. Buying a new car (which I would highly recommend doing from this dealership) is only a minor detail in the big picture. It's the service that the dealership provides after the sales that shows the integrity of the dealership. Kristina excels at this in every aspect.

We recently bought a used X3 from Kailash Joshi at BMW of Silver Spring. It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had buying a car. Kailash was so patient as we tried to decide if the car was the right one for us. He gave us great advice as he helped us through the process and he was committed to making sure we were happy with our decision. I received Great Customer Service from Mrs. Kristina Williams at BMW of Silver Spring. I did not have a service appointment, however, Kristina was able to schedule my vehicle for service when my regular Service Adviser was out sick. She was wonderful and provided a BMW loaner car. My vehicle had a dashboard black-out problem that was corrected in a day. Therefore, I give a big 'high-five' to Kristina and the Dealership for speedy-quick service. Sincerely, Alan Austin
