I did not like my past experience with the previous dealer. I met with Mr Fastman. He took the time and listened to my lack of confidence with the prior dealer. I own 2 2015 BMW. Mr Fastman acted immediately. He introduced me to Mr Grant. Mr Grant walked outside with my wife and explained the service he was going to do with her 650i. Pointed out additional items and he was concerned with the fixing and doing the scheduled repairs. I ordered my car quite some time ago and due to a special ordered interior it was difficult to arrange with BMW headquarters. Through it all my sales advisor caprice foster went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted! She was one of the nicest and friendliest people I have met and I couldn't have asked to work with anyone better. She really did her best to make sure I was happy and my experience went as smooth as possible.

I called regarding a particular car shown in inventory on cars.com, and was randomly connected with Kailash Joshi. Kailash tracked down the car I was interested in, suggested other options I might like, and took me on a test drive, pointing out interesting features in the car I did not know about (and I had done my homework!). Wanted to purchase two new vehicles and customer service is 90% of what I look for in a dealer. Chris knew that I didn't have time to full around with haggling so I gave him my bottom line and he told me if he could do it. Turned out we agreed on a price for my wife's X3 and I decided to get my M4 through them as well. George the sales manager was extremely friendly as well and both did whatever it took to make sure my wife and I were happy. I have been fortunate to have Thomas Grant as my Service Advisor on my last three service visits to BMW Silver Spring. My most recent visit entailed a major repair to my adorable 328i and I was a bit torn between whether to proceed with the repair or trade in my car in for a newer model.
