I had no intention of buying a BMW when I entered the dealership that day; I was just doing due diligence. This dealership was our first stop for BMW, and we made a decision right there because of their reasonable price, honesty, and good customer service. Kailashi Joshi was our sales person, and he listened to what we were looking for and built a right car for us. Overall process was smooth, and I can see that the dealership really tries to offer the best customer service throughout. I will probably come back here for our next car purchase.

BMW's TeleService feature automatically relayed scheduled maintenance information directly from my car to BMW of Silver Spring. I received an e-mail to make an appointment, which took less than a minute. Upon visiting the service desk at the dealership the day of the appointment, Thomas Grant took care of all aspects of the visit with precision and skill. We came to check out a few new and not so new BMWs, and ended up buying a new Toyota Camry! We were very surprised and did not expect things to develop that way, but when Karen Herbert works with you, very good things happen! I don't know if the dealership is all that great, to be honest, as I have not dealt with them before. I came in for my 10k service for my 2015 x5 and it was the best customer service experience also painless. This is my second bmw and i serviced my first at bmw of rockville after dealing with brandi rodgers i will never return!
