Daniel Kim of Silver Springs deserves a shout out. I was looking for a BMW, so I put a request for a quote out to several dealers near home/work NY/NJ/CT (there are 18 in a 25 mile radius), however 8 I emailed never responded and the 2 I visited did not follow up with any of my unanswered questions. I was assisted by Mr. Kailash Joshi and I must say that he was so patient in going over every detail during my visit way past his working hours! He and Andrew made the whole process go so well and seamlessly! I didn't expect my first car buying experience to be so smooth! With my new car and several questions on my mind, I just never hesitate to call them up and get even the silliest questions answered with a cheer! We had a great experience at BMW of Silver Spring. We worked with Karen Herbert and she provided an exceptional experience for us. My wife and I Drove down from the NYC area to pick up a new car. The car was priced very competitively and we could not find a good deal as this in our area.
