It was one of the easiest car trade in transactions that I've ever been through and I'm a frequent trader. Rachel from service and Kailash in sales were very pleasant and welcoming. Great experience from welcome to driving off the lot with a new car.

Kailash provided excellent customer service during the purchase of my first BMW. He is friendly and professional. The next day, when I called Kailash about missing floor mats, he had someone take care of it although he was not working that day.

I usually dont really like dealershis because of the usual haggling and aggressive sales tactics but I actually had a pleasant experience with Tae Yeon who was very patient and thorough in my car search. Would recommend.

My experience with this dealership was rated excellent because of the over and above service the sales person, Karen Herbert, gave me when I came in to purchase a CPO vehicle.
