We have purchased new and pre-owned BMW's from out of state several times. In all honesty, this is one of the best sales customer service I have experienced. Just picked up a new M3 from BMW of Silver Spring. Angela Decint was excellent working with me on the negotiation of the car via email and phone (none of this come in and waste my time sales tactic) and was very professional during close and delivery, which took a total of an hour.

The BMW of Silver Spring has great salesman, service advisers, and, mechanics. However, we must not forget the Excellent Management of the dealership. Mr. Michael Fastman is genuine and caring General Manager who knows customers by name and provides his assistance when ever he can. Ms. Caprice Foster was my amazingly wonderful Client Advisor with BMW of Silver Spring. I inquired on a 2014 Porsche Cayman on the BMW of Silver Spring website by way of their online chat assistant.
