On a Saturday morning, the dealership is getting a lot of people. We came after breakfast, but still tempted by the delicious muffins and beverage right at the door. My wife and I can't say enough good things about our purchasing experience. We found the car online, and I submitted an inquiry through their website early in the morning. getting service with Thomas Grant at this BMW dealer is wonderful. he is the most courteous and helpful service writer I've ever had and it's amazing that BMW doesn't either promote him to teach other service writers or let their Rolls subsidairy take him to write service there instead. Work always done, loaner always ready and he is great at suggesting solutions that are not obvious.

Met Kailash Joshi in December by chance to review purchase/lease options on a specific car/color combo. After discussing BMW vehicle operations, we did a search of a the convertible I needed to surpise my wife for her February Birthday - no luck nation wide.
