All I can say is that I was very impressed with the service I received from my salesperson, Tae Yeon. He made the car buying experience hassle free and was very thorough in explaining all aspects of the purchase. This is the kind of service you would expect from BMW and I was not disappointed!

We went up to the Silver Spring BMW dealership just looking for a vehicle. Meet with salesmen Kailash Joshi, found a car we wanted to test drive. We got into the car, Kailash went over the car with us, since this was our first BMW experience. Took the test drive and it was excellent, Kailash answered all of our questions during the drive. I came into BMW Silver Spring to buy a car for me and my business. Mrs.Foster assisted me in the process and told me my options of purchasing a car.
