Mr Kevin Hull, Service Adviser, @ BMW of Silver Spring has provided excellent customer service and repair coordination for the past 6 years. He assists me with minor maintenance, to the major repairs, of my vehicle. Recently, Kevin helped me when all of the tires were low with air; and, now he coordinates the warranty repair for the door locks on my certified BMW. I came to Silver Spring for moral support to see what kind great deal my business partner and close friend for 20 years was getting. I'm a Mercedes man my self but after talking to Ms. Caprice I think I might have to change my brand. Caprice was very honest and transparent with whole deal and transactions. I have always owned mercedes decided to try a BMW and my experience with Karen Herbert was great so I have turned to BMW !! I contacted BMW because I wanted to locate an X3 white BMW. I worked for the third time with Jacob Raykhel. He promptly located the vehicle for me, exchanged a few telephone calls to confirm that he worked the numbers and that the payments were in my budget. I went with my husband to purchase the X3.. My husband and I bought a BMW 328i xDrive from BMW of Silver Spring a few days ago. Our buying experience was excellent! Once we walked into the dealership, we were very warmly welcomed by Nan, the manager that day. Kan, our salesperson, made us feel at ease and provided excellent professional service. In the last year I have purchased a 640 convertible and an X5. Jacob Raykhel was my salesman and he treated me fairly and completely understood what I was looking for. Kevin Hull has been my service advisor for many years and has always had my vehicle back when promised, with all work complete and the car clean and ready to go. I will continue to use BMW of Silver Spring for all my future BMW needs.

I just purchased a 2015 BMW x-5 from BMW Silver Spring and had a great experience. Caprice Foster was very attentive and responsive to my requirements and I feel very confident that I got an EXCELLENT price!! This is my 5th BMW but my first from BMW Silver Spring; I decided to try them after having several very positive interactions with their service department. I had to bring my 2011 335i M Sport Coupe in for a recall campaign. My service rep, Jose La Santa, provided exceptional service throughout the entire service call. From initial drop off, to getting me a loaner car for the day, to providing me with periodic updates as to the progress of my vehicle, to pick up at the end of the day, Jose was there for me. Although my free maintenance days are over, I plan on returning to BMW of Silver Spring and Jose for my recommended maintenance. Thank you! Richard
