I called the dealership and Karen Herbert told me everything I needed to do. I came on a day that she already had an appointment but she worked to accommodate both of us. She helped pick the vehicle that worked best for me, and a few hours later I drove off with my new vehicle,

I went to the dealership to lease BMW. Worked with Jacob Raykhel and Michael Bolgar. They answered all my questions and let me drive several cars to make sure I select the car I like. They weren't pushy like most dealers and really cared that I have a great experience at the dealership. I had a positive experience with BMW of Silver Spring. I had a specific car I wanted to see, and Kailash Joshi was prepared when I arrived. I arrived very close to closing time, but Kailash and Joanna McCarthy, the business manager, did not make me feel rushed. We just bought our first BMW, a BMW x5 and had a great experience at BMW Silver Spring. They were referred to us by Costco Auto program. Living in Ashburn, VA I decided not to go this long and started out at BMW Sterling. What a pleasure it was to work with my new service advisor (Jose La Santa) in getting all of the necessary repairs completed and in the time estimated. Before purchasing my 3rd BMW I knew nothing about BMW of Silver Spring, but I did know Angela Decint. She is the reason I drove from Va. Beach, Va to purchase my wife 2015 535 xDrive. I found your dealership top-notch in professionalism, customer service and overall appearance. My next BMW purchase will be at BMW of Silver Spring but only if Angela is my Sales Adviser.
