I just bought my BMW 528i x drive from BMW of Silver Spring. My buying experience was an excellent one. Kailash Joshi, Internet Client Adviser, was very honest and helpful during the whole process. He is knowledgeable professional who treated was with respect and guided through the selection and buying process of our first BMW. ATTENTION!!!: The moment I walked into the BMW of Silver Springs dealership I could feel the warmth in the atmosphere of the salesmen assisting customers. Walked into BMW of Silver Spring on a random Saturday browsing with a mild interest in the 4 series and Z roadster. Tae immediately showed his willingness to help and answer all of my questions. This wasn't my first purchase with Caprice and I'm sure it won't be my last. Every time I come to her I'm always treated with kindness or Should I say like precious gem. She always works so hard to get me the best deal for my situation . The managers were kind and thoughtful. Let's just say where ever Ms. Foster goes I'm going too. First I want to say Ive been working with Caprice Foster for about 2 1/2 years. She's been trying with such patience to get me into a bmw and out of my 2008 bmw that I purchased from a none bmw dealership. Caprice is outstanding and has patience. I couldn't help but sharing the wonderful experience I had today purchasing a car! Well, it started out not so great. So I originally went to Passport BMW to look at a few different vehicles. The sales associate I worked with there however quickly became irritated by my indecisiveness and it showed. Made me feel so uncomfortable to the point that I left the dealership.
