Kailash Joshi was my salesperson and he was great to deal , very very up front ,knowledgeable and extremely considerate ( did not pressure me at all). I can assure you that I'll be back again to see Nan Wong and Karen Herbert when I need to buy again! This is how car buying should be. I was treated with respect and kindness, and they worked very closely with me to get me in the car I wanted at the exact payments I needed...and that took some work! Words cannot express how wonderful Rachel Rhea has been towards me and my. After 3 weeks of purchasing a used BMW from BMW Silver Spring, I began to experience some issues with the vehicle. I found the car I wanted online and made an appointment with Kailash Joshi to inspect the car that evening after work. I can't say enough good things about my experience working and purchasing from BMW of Silver Spring and especially Kailash Joshi. Unsolicited, Kailash recommended a lower purchase price for me that 2 other dealers had not mentioned. Additionally, he explained how my trade in would save sales tax that no other dealer mentioned.
