I was in the market for a brand new X5. BMW of Silver Spring was a very nice place, and my wife and I were greeted by employees there right after we just entered. We worked with Kan Zhou. As we already had a competitive quote from other dealership, they had a hard time to figure things out. Especially, I was very impressed by Kan’s patience and hard work. Clearly this is a dealership where the employees go the extra mile for service and professionalism. Less than 24 hours after I purchased a certified BMW, the car leaked antifreeze. I took the car back to the dealership and, Gerard Curvan, the salesman on the vehicle, made sure that my car was serviced quickly the same day. Tae Yeon was one of the best, if not best, car sales person we have ever dealt with before. He was polite, professional and provided us all of the information we needed. On top of that, he was able to get us the exact car we wanted and at the price we were looking for. Karen made the sale process very good for us. She took the time to listen and qualify our needs. Caprice was awesome I came in with my friend to buy his dream car and she was very good she was all about the customer from with I observed.Thanks to Caprice my friend rode of into the sunset in his top of the line 7 series.
